Alexandrie Cellars was born from a simple belief: that world-class sparkling wine doesn't have to come from France. It can come from the sun-drenched hillsides of Sonoma County, where the Pacific fog rolls in each morning and the North Coast's cool climate coaxes grapes into something truly extraordinary.
We craft every bottle using the méthode traditionnelle, the same labor-intensive, time-honored process used in the great houses of Champagne. Secondary fermentation happens in the bottle. The bubbles are born there, fine and persistent. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is shortcut. The result is a sparkling wine with the elegance and complexity you'd expect from the world's finest, at a price that invites you to open it on a Tuesday.
Rooted in Sonoma County
California's North Coast is one of the most celebrated wine regions in the world and Sonoma County sits at its heart. Our grapes are grown in vineyards shaped by coastal breezes, volcanic soils, and long, gentle growing seasons that preserve natural acidity and delicate aromatics. These are the conditions that make great sparkling wine possible.
We work closely with our growers, vintage after vintage, to bring out the best of what this remarkable place has to offer. Every sip of Alexandrie is a sip of Sonoma.

Indulge In The Sparkling Elegance Of Alexandrie!
This charming sparkling wine jumps out of the glass with aromas of apple meringue, fresh cut apricots and green figs. This primary character evolves to aromatic notes of Asian pear cider wrapped in yeasty bread dough. Flavors of cantaloupe, baked apple tart and ground nutmeg are perfectly balanced by the bright character of ripe clementine tangerine, Meyer lemon and Key lime and finishing with a generous linger of toasty brioche and lively mineral acidity.
